Is Humidynit a payment store?
No. Configure and Quote collect information for a proposal. There is no online payment checkout on the public site.
Can I use my own sensors?
Possibly, where technically supported. Humidynit must confirm the exact brand, model, protocol, gateway, measurement and project context.
Is Humidynit Check available now?
Humidynit Check is being updated. The next version is being prepared with improved property context, recommendations and reporting. Contact Humidynit for project planning in the meantime.
What happens after I request a quote?
Humidynit reviews the prepared email or request and may ask for address, build-up, dimensions, photos, drawings, monitoring goals or sensor details before preparing a proposal.
Do I need Access before sensors?
Not always. Planned access and sensing serve different roles. The appropriate sequence depends on the inspection purpose, structure and monitoring plan.
What is KNOT Gateway?
KNOT Gateway, also described as the Humidynit Hub, can transfer data from technically supported sensors into the Humidynit workflow. It is not a universal sensor adapter.
Where do I log in to Platform?
Use https://app.humidynit.com/login. Platform is separate from the public website and requires arranged workspace access.
Can I receive support?
Yes. Use Contact support for the real main-contact, sales, Humidynit Check and Platform routes. This portal does not simulate tickets.
Does the quote form create an account?
No. A quote request does not create a Platform or FieldPass account. Access is arranged separately after the appropriate commercial and onboarding process.
Will the next Humidynit Check include better property context?
That is the stated update direction. Current Help content does not claim unavailable integrations or data sources.
What information should I prepare before contacting Humidynit?
Prepare the address, roof or building context, purpose, relevant product or identifiers, observed issue and time, monitoring goal, existing sensors or gateway, and non-sensitive photos or readings.
Which documents can I download?
The Downloads Library lists published Humidynit guides, compatibility-review material and attributed vendor references. When an exact device source is unavailable, the record says Source required and offers no invented download.
