Public website vs Platform

The public website provides product information, Humidynit Check status, configuration and quote-request routes. Humidynit Platform is a separate authenticated workspace at app.humidynit.com for customers and partners after the appropriate setup and onboarding process.

What Platform can keep

Depending on the configured workspace and products, Platform can keep object history, readings, alerts, reports and service history together. An alert indicates a configured condition; it does not by itself prove the cause of a building issue.

What does not create an account

Humidynit Check and quote/configurator pages do not create Platform accounts. Public request routes collect context for guidance or commercial follow-up only.

Account and onboarding boundary

Workspace access is arranged after the appropriate commercial or support process. The organization’s setup determines users, objects, products and available data. Public help cannot grant access or confirm that an account already exists.

Platform login

Use the external Humidynit Platform sign-in page. This Help Portal has no login form and will never ask for your Platform password.

When Platform is relevant

Platform is relevant after an object, hardware/data path and workspace scope have been arranged. Public Check and Quote workflows do not create access.

Prepare a Platform support question

• Organization and workspace, if known
• Object/site name
• Expected sensor, reading, alert or report
• Time and visible message
• Whether onboarding was completed
• Non-sensitive screenshot without credentials

What Platform support does not guarantee

An alert or reading does not prove the cause of a building condition. Public Help cannot create users, change workspace permissions or recover credentials.
