Humidynit FieldPass supports structured field documentation such as photos, notes, observations, inspection records and reports. It can help preserve evidence with the relevant object and work context.

Separate from the public website

FieldPass is a separate field workflow, not the public Humidynit website or Help Portal. Public quote and Humidynit Check pages do not sign a user into FieldPass or create FieldPass access.

Preparing useful inspection evidence

• Confirm the correct object and inspection scope
• Capture clear overview and detail photos
• Record location, direction, time and observed condition
• Use consistent units and labels
• Keep credentials and unnecessary personal data out of records

For a workflow issue

Note the device platform, app version, object or workflow, exact action, time and visible message. Do not send passwords or access codes.

When FieldPass is relevant

Use FieldPass when site work needs consistent photos, observations and records linked to the correct object and workflow.

Connect field evidence to the support workflow

Prepare the object, scope, device/app context and exact failed action. Field records can support Check, project review, reporting or Care follow-up, but they do not automatically create a quote or Platform account.

What FieldPass does not guarantee

FieldPass does not replace site safety controls, professional assessment or validation that every photo or observation proves the cause of a condition.
